This will all be a bit basic at first,being my first post but hopefully will get more technologically advanced as time goes on.
Life here on the West Coast of Scotland can be idyllic at times and really hard work at others.
Our community is great though.Yesterday,in the village hall,we had a fundraiser for the Over 60s Christmas Party with Craft Stalls ,Soup,Sandwiches and Baking.All the food is donated and the Hall was packed.On the evening of the Party there is entertainment from local musicians and children from the village school(yes we still have one) plus a wonderful buffet.Again most of the food is donated and the fundraiser buys the drink and joints of meat.
It just takes longer to actually 'live' when the shops ,doctors etc are a 20 mile round trip away but that's the dilemma.It wouldn't be so beautiful and unspoilt then would it!!
